I didn't know that in addition to being filled with RE experts BP was also a vast untapped well of virologists AND economists. 

@Jeremy Pope To me, the first step isn’t thinking about what you need from others, it’s understanding what you bring to the table and where your gaps are that need to be filled.

As someone who works in that field, my calendar is filling up faster and faster with people vetting it out.

I filled 6 month's ago, and nothing doing at all is there anyway of getting a quicker court date? 

Unless you are one of the very rare people able and wanting to fill up their days and nights with intensive, time consuming and exhausting numerous monetary pursuits I don’t see how your accomplishing your goal of simplifying and downsizing your life.

Most of these notices inform the tenant the rent must be paid by a "fill in the blank" date -- is this an arbitrary date?
