How long it takes to be financially ready is different for everyone.

I am currently building a dynamic team of multifamily brokers, mentors, and fellow investors passionate about the world of investing and financial growth.I aim to create a collaborative environment where we can share insights and strategies and support each other in our financial endeavors.

Here are my questions:Is house hacking still a smart financial move in this market? 

As you get into under 20 the financing, from what i can see, probably will more straight forward buy situation.  

My question is - Will the courts still let the eviction proceed because of the second count since it is not a financial matter?

I got interested in real estate investing around a year ago after hearing about the financial benefits of investing and after talking to a family friend who does this as well.

Consider this scenario; SMFL, a Japan based entity under the Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc.

I started the process with Mofin, but my situation changed and I did not complete.
