After reading "Build a Rental Property Empire" by Mark Ferguson and "The Book on Managing Rental Properties" by Brandon Turner last week, I am throughly excited to find ways to continue to grow and learn this industry in hopes of  property reaching my goal of financial freedom with passive income. 

When I was finally ready to get the wheel set in motion I was lucky enough to stumble upon this little gem and was blown away by the vast amount of information available.

I want to get in the rental property business with the 4plex etc.Which books do you recommand for get the good basics?

I have no prior experience in real estate, but I have some knowledge through various books I have read.

1) That’s the basic relationship, Transaction Broker, 90 plus % of the time anyway. 2) make your contract, Including inspection dates, final financing and closing dates tied to the completion of roof, a passed Final Permit Inspection. 3) The commission is not detailed in your purchase contract.

The sheer inconvenience/discomfort this puts the prospective renter pool in would be enough in my book not to try it.
