Hey Y'all, i'm tapping into the new construction builds. i'm familiar with the process being an architect. but i'm not sure about the cost because i haven't done residential for years. so any advice on cost, contaractors recomms, anything wise words are appreciated. an example would be like 2 story mix of CMU and wood studs. 

How long does it take to process?

I would have more help next time or hire out completely and manage construction process.- Being a contractor is a blessing and a curse...

Saying “I’ll try to repeat the same process and flip another house is a risky proposition to a bank and having no fixed income stream doesn’t help.  

Hello BP community, I'm currently in the process of searching for a full duplex within a 30-minute commute to Orlando Downtown, with a budget of $400K.

MattI'm currently in the process of doing a rehab on my 2nd rental property.

My entire 33+ year career has been filled with loan requests from people wanting to buy a home using ARV instead of LTC and get a check back at closing.

Seems like a good idea to have a resort/Hotel where LGBTQ people can feel safe and comfortable, without having to travel very far away, but finding funding today with rising rates and shrinking credit will be very challenging beyond any discrimination y'all may suffer in the process.

Drive Uber, walk dogs, wait tables, something to expedite this process. 

I'm still in the process of putting together my business plan, operation's manual, etc.
