Occasionally there would be an issue but it was something I could handle from my desk at work. finding the house and lining up the subcontractors was the most time consuming for me but that was all on the front end.

I also work in construction, but new schools and the occasional new concrete sidewalk ramp.

We are starting to see some high end flips there as well.I also like Ivy City for appreciation and the occasional cash flow property.

You will find an occasional deal in the Cape Coral area which is where I prefer to buy and hold.

Even if the guest has no reviews, as long as you keep the lines of communication open and flowing, you are likely to get a good review, and/or weed out who is going to be a pain and make asinine complaints, but there will always be the occasional "will never be happy" guests who make it through.
