Hello guys,I am looking to find a company good company in the DFW area to get started with as a entry level commercial real estate agent.

This is one that wouldn't require a lot of rehab work upon entry, I've allowed for $4000 to spruce it up a bit. 

House hacking would be a good low barrier to entry way to do that.

I have a friend who uses a Schlage touchpad entry door lock at their two properties with no issues.

If you do invest in Springfield as a long-term play you won't suffer in that you will make substantial returns even with evictions and vacancies just because the cost of entry is so small compared to the rent.

I had a mason put stacked stone on (also did the same on the entry to the house).

If so, what does it say about entry by landlord?

The cost of entry is less because you are buying as an owner occupied borrower with minimal down payment. 

Is that a market that would have lower barriers to entry for a young guy?
