there is usually a tuesday meetup PREIA(or something like that, they email me but I rarely attend due to scheduling)  but you will likely be getting ready to go to the airport. check on meetup dot com anyway and see if something else is going on...I'm heading out of town myself or I'd give you a tour. 

One thing I will say is that it was pretty difficult to get approved for a loan for a primary residence on a grad student stipend, so I'd imagine getting an investment loan would be almost impossible.
