I want to take a pragmatic and calculative approach and get my education first, but at the same time I'm looking for properties CONSTANTLY.

I would suggest you start by building your education, whether that is a college degree, independent education on a skill or a trade, or surrounding yourself with mentors.

I'll also add some additional commentary.In the metropolitan markets across the country we're seeing young educated professionals wanting to live near the area in which they also work.
