Not to get too sappy and whoa is me, but I grew up in a poor dried up logging community in MT in the 80s. 

One could just pull them up, dry them, and place them back. 

What protection do you have for the filtration system to prevent "running dry"?

However many, many people are wanting to walk away from their gutted and dried properties choosing to take the flood insurance money or the FEMA and just walk away from their properties. 

I had a sect 8 tenant & it appeared that she did not vacuum or shampoo the carpet the entire time that she lived there ( 4-5 years )  ... the carpet was new when she moved in.  

Yes there are requirements and timelines, but it would be worth it to not have to pay more for a property that is draining you dry already.

Yesterday I put down some Natures Miracle Urine Destroyer and waiting for it to dry to see if it helps with the smell.

Don't jump out of the boat 100 feet from shore expect to hit dry land...gotta get a little bit closer to do that!

Probably best to absolutely make sure no mold is in the properties and the properties are dry.  

The glue will not bond.Here is my problem...The kitchen goes in after the floor.The kitchen sink needs to go in to complete the plumbing.The back door needs to go in after the kitchen.The back door wall will go in after the door.The electric cannot be finished until the back door wall is complete.AND so my project sits and waits for a warm dry day.
