I've read on BP forum that you can't get any of that out of a book, which I understand and agree, but who makes the most complete course/training/mentorship that truly delivers?? 

It’s leinable and just gets delivered to the house as “occupant.”

You have to be happy with the return you are getting on your money and the way the team is going to deliver it to you.

talk to Peak lending in KC  they may do it for youand for Gods sake be very leary of anyone on BP approaching you privately.. and telling you what you want to hear and trying to get you to send them up front money.. the scammers are alive and well on BP for lending schemes.. red flags are  up front fees other than a third party appraisal.some cockamany so called insurance to insure you will pay.. that insurance does not exist total fraud to lead you to believe the lender is OK.the lenders offer to send you a picture holding his drivers license.. etc etc.Peak is for real.  

Since they just moved in, I imagine they would claim you didn't deliver the property in as agreed condition, but I would be worried about trying to appease them if it isn't a NNN lease because they would seem to be the needy type.

Around the same time, she goes over one evening to deliver a notice of rent increase (using all the proper BC forms, etc) and the smell coming out of the house is overpowering.

It doesn't need to be Skype or a video call, but you should at least request a current picture and copy of driver's license so you can at least recognize your tenant.Texting is fine for sharing facts and short statements. 

Does the dad return each evening, or is he a long haul driver?
