Can anyone suggest a strategy to help accompany our letters?

Looking for SFR south of seattle WA.any recommendation on a good list source site and someone who can print out the letters? 

Another thing you should consider is. to get your financing settled, if necessary, and get a loan letter that states the average time to close a loan and the maximum amount of a loan that you  qualified for.Another pretty important thing to consider is an office location that is convenient and has minimal distractions.  

In other words, no buying letters off the internet.

Send letters to all the duplex's in the area saying you're looking to buy?

Good info here, but wanted to add if your building is on higher ground, research the process for a LOMA, letter of map amendment, that may change your status.

You'll get about 10 letters a week in the mail after you get a VA loan from tons of companies trying to refi you.
