For strategy, you can have a mix of long-term and short-term tenants in the other units.

As alternatives, explore house hacking for faster equity building or consider other investment strategies aligned with your goals.

Parking, visibility, side of street, customer demand, visibility, etc all play a bigger role, since businesses are revenue generating first and foremost.
