Hello, Owner of B Rich Development looking for flip and rental property in the DMV area.

I have gone through a lot of training with the Rich Dad program and I have a mentor in my corner who is very experienced; however, I wanted to start reaching out here to you guys also so I can make MORE CONNECTIONS. 

If you think the "investor" is a target, I think you're right and it has all come about because of the lose footed approach by predatory dealings, lenders and get rich quick schemes, as if they are saying "enough is enough".

I am not trying to get rich quick or become a millionaire over night.
