Hello everyone, I am a new member to bigger pockets, I have zero experience in real estate. I am currently just doing some research into real estate, I have family who has done real estate in the past but we don't talk much. I am not trying to get rich quick or become a millionaire over night. I am interested in learning how to get into real estate with little money in california. I currently work tues-fri 40hrs so I have Sat/Sun/Mon available for learning. I am trying to get into property management and have some rentals of my own, currently I am 28 with 2 kids and a wife, we have a annual income of aproxmiately 40k. I am interested in learning everything I can to get ready for this new journey I am about to embark on.
