Even though that $233,000 is tempting, i'm still leaning towards selling it and making around $140,000.

@Jonathan Craig if you pay the cost of the internet you should ask them to pay for the convenience.

The advantage he cites with this approach is often more convenient for heirs as they don't have to look for buyers, and in the meantime, the lessor acts as the PM handling all matters, usually for tired landlords.

I am currently leaning toward turning all six bays ~1000 sq ft into a 3 bed 1.5 bath unit that I can rent out separately.
