A good real estate brokerage firm will not entertain or interview you if you do not have an active real estate license because those brokerages are top producing brokerage meaning those companies are buying leads with premium leads like Zillow and other sources.

That is why I'm focusing on some of these "higher end" markets because rents are more likely to continue to increase and the tenant base is really solid.We should connect sometime! 

If I recall, there is also a company offering a similar service.

Most Standard companies do not like a Renovation where part of the structure is occupied.   

I know it's been asked & answered many times but since there seem to be so many new companies out there, hoping for an update...Looking for STR management software recommendations, and one of the features I'm particularly interested in is the ability to have instruction guides for the guests for how to work different things in the house.Thanks!
