That said, were he to leave, this situation below would not change and would make this a difficult environment for whoever my tenant is.

It's pretty challenging to put a deal together when you have absolutely no idea what's going on with the other side or with the property.

It can be so easy to use all of the hardship your facing as an excuse NOT to be successful, but I'd challenge you to view it as the opposite.

Our landlord tenant board knowingly protects these tenants, tenants they have seen at the board many times before, yet repeatedly allows that tenant and their free legal aid to evade eviction in our heavily pro tenant environment.
