Well in my case I relieve them of the time to campaign, I eliminate the need for them to make the phone calls to potential sellers, I eliminate the need for them to go out to the properties, I pay the fee to run title prior to them coming to the closing table, but most importantly I save them the time it would take to find these properties on their own.
