@Melanie Smith Caution on using weight to equate to dog breeds as it wont hold up in a court of law ;-) You should have breeds explicitly mentioned in your pet policy.

Tip - when sliding the heavy LVP boxes across existing floor to use as weights as you tap plank rows together, make sure to brush away any inevitable concrete crumbs.. those will cause scuffs/scratches.

The other thing to be aware of is the dumpster will have a maximum weight limit which you do not want to exceed. 

So although they buy at a low cap, once turned over its a much higher cap.Appreciation is hard to predict and not normally something I factor in with significant weight.
