@Seth Nadreau 11 million people vacationing in the Smokies every year definitely seems to make it viable for investing :-D I haven't looked into it too deeply yet, but I know there's plenty of cabins that are already fully managed, rented, and maintained by developments/cabin HOAs/orwhateveryoucalladevelopmentofvacationcabins that could potentially be feasible investments.
