Oh, the guy sleeping in the house ran off when the crew arrived in the morning - he couldn't catch him to explain that he'd be willing to buy him some groceries etc if he'd keep an eye on the house.

As an example, we listed a home for sale at 185K, it had 53 showings in one day alone and sold for 208K with contracts arriving almost every few minutes that day.

The contractors who arrived just quoted $175 to $250 per sq foot finished. 

, they say it was because there was no interest but it was clear to me when I arrived the unit was not ready to be rented, it was dirty, toilets were broken, the refrigerator has not been cleaned out since the last tenant was evicted 10 months ago etc.
