We all have our own jobs within the business and are expected to execute tasks to keep the business profitable.

One idea I’ve heard of, is taking time out on Sunday to write out what you need to get done, and what you’re goals are for each of the tasks.

I've actually built my own spreadsheet that shows a breakdown for our contractors by each task what we will pay for it including labor and cost of materials, everything down to change a light fixture, flooring per sq ft, etc.

Which I don't agree with, but that is what it sounds like is going on.If you haven't already asked, I would ask them why there is a $100 fee and when they make their BS up as to why I would take them to task and I bet they cave and email them to you for free.Also, are you sure they even had signed leases if you never saw them?

It's better described as an anti-gouging rent control.

It was mainly my fault: I had a difficult time coming up with tasks for the VA and ended up letting paid hours expire.

I know this was the case for me and once I found an accountability group to help keep me on task and focused have had much more success in hitting my goals.
