Even assuming you knew the stairs were faulty, you'd probably only be looking at some percentage of liability - let's say 75% - with the other 25% assigned to the person who didn't tie their shoes or look where they were going, so a $4 million lawsuit victory would still only put you on the hook for $3 million of it.

I have stated that I would provide the necessary equipment ( gloves, mask, hand sanitizer and shoe coverings) and keep the showings to a minimum and of course when they are not home.
