Do you think after I burn through my lists Ill have to resort to working the bigger cites that are over 1 hour out or should I focus on building referral business from what I generate off my list and pour my energy into local doorknocking thereafter?

I cant imagine for the life of me where in the entire state you would be able to buy a new construction home for that price.

I would imagine with a group rate it would be more affordable if you took into consideration you would not have to really spend money for food, activities...

We went into the attic and noticed water pouring from the Honeywell temperature control panel.  

Having managed it ourselves we've dealt with so many disappointing contractors and vendors of various types that its hard to imagine finding a good property management company would be easy! 

Will the self leveling cement really not stand up when poured over hardwood? 

I can't imagine that trying to add a contract assignment into the mix would be a good idea.

I would imagine a physics undergrad would be much more strenuous than engineering, judging by the physics labs here at UK.
