Before you have clarity in what you want to buy, I think you need clarity on what your goals are not just for real estate but in terms of how you want you life to look.

A lot of real estate professionals are struggling with the same issues.

So now might be the best time to find the new solution. 3) obviously zero or almost zero real estate professionals knew it was bad for the sump pump so I wouldn’t expect the tenants to know.
