I found one today- RentingWell (just google it) - that I think will fit what I need at the moment.

., both the mold issue as well as the idea of whatever is on the net or in old listings will likely be around for years and will likely be discovered, either by the buyers or their agent when they do a little googling of the address or look at the old listings on the mls.

I get calls from people all over thecountry who want to "fix & flip" & their POF is one of those letters that anyone can obtain by doing a Google search of POF letters......No thanks ill pass.

You can probably find some good info on building credit by doing a google search- I'd just stick to the informational sites though, not the ones that want you to pay them to "improve your credit".
