(umbrella goes up from there).Yes, there are banks that will do it under an LLC, but have not found any that will do low rate mortgages like the fannie mae type.Are most people keeping the deed under their name personally? 

I believe there are other Fannie/Freddie low down payment renovation loans I also have access to.

I used a Fannie Mae loan for 330K.

I will be giving the other tenant their 60 day notice per the month to month agreement they had with the previous landlord.

I'd give them a 30 day notice since they have been good to me and potentially become business partners in the furture when he opens the door.
