I have my first property under contract as of Friday, and as I started digging deeper, I am starting to get a bit worried and wanted to see if I can find some guidance. 

I’ll peel in deeper to their books shortly and get a few inspecitons(Alta, phase 1).. my backstop is my ability to sell the business alone if all goes south or worse comes to worst, I can run it myself.
