I have purchased a lot once before, but this was under the expert tutelage of a builder friend of mine in a different market (Colorado).

Partnering with well capitalized builders will help as well because they can maneuver through a job without solely being reliant on your draws.

It's not "no-questions-asked" lending, but very close...Happy to help you strategize further!
