I recently reactivated my license so I'm starting from 0 again. 

I’ve always been interested in real estate investing and have been saving up while living with my family for the last couple of years.

My primary source of deals has been wholesalers, but the numbers just haven’t been aligning lately.

My lawyer set up my LLCs a few years ago and used my home address as my LLC address.I moved.

My advice for establishing a trusting wholesale relationship is to get properties under contract and controlled legally, after which you can start having a conversation about agreements.

I am fairly confident in my choice of the syndication and just need someone to go over the numbers to confirm my understanding of the exit strategy when time comes
