@Jerryll Noorden understandable about the website, being that I’m not tech, I actually have someone building one for me and should be done this weekend,However I also wanted something else to do where I can reach out and get in front of people, I come from a strong sales background and that’s my bread and butter, from cold calls to sitting knee to knee and making it happen.I know they have paid list that have “ absentee owners” however that’s not what I was looking for, more so “back taxes, probates, or work notices” are you saying those are no good and a waste of time?

I have 5k to invest but I don’t know what marketing tools I should invest in and how do I go about knowing if my market is profitable, I would hate to waste time and money in a market that won’t bring in any leads.

I genuinely think you are wasting your time driving for dollars. 

To our thousands of customers, many of whom are investors, it's about 1. driveway protection boards, 2. small footprint, 3. same day service, 4. smaller, less intrusive trucks (few want a tri-axle on their properties), 5. twin-door walk-in loading, etc.
