No a judge wont give you a ss# how ever that should have been on your application but in the future just make sure u get that ss# dl # or an id# along with a valid photo id.

During a consultation with my attorney once, I wanted to get to the bottom of why a monetary amount of consideration is considered a requirement to make a contract 'valid'.He told me that, that's just the way it is.

The first group told me he makes $1500/mo from his self-employment, if that were the case, they would be OK even with the debt, but when I asked for documentation, I could not fully verify that as he's just been doing it since he graduated from college in Sept and his records are disorganized.As for the 2nd group, she is going to have her attorney call my PM tomorrow, so probably will give him her authorization when she calls him (I will also get the atty's name and make sure he is a valid atty).

With lower rents, you will definitely find it hard to get positive cash flow.Read more of the BP forums, and don't use the valuation methods from this seller- especially when you yourself are questioning the validity of what the has told you about valuation.Also, keep in mind that as the seller, he gets more proceeds from these if he can find a buyer at HIS valuation numbers.

This kind of thing won't stand up in court under the landlord tenant foreclosure laws.If the lease is valid and signed for a year etc. at market rates then typically you have to honor the lease unless you are going to live in the property and then you have to give notice etc.
