You might consider adding any more surface wiring to make the basement more useful.The corner toilet is quite common in older houses, where one full bath was considered sufficient, but that spare toilet saved the day for many.Looks like it had ceiling tiles too; is it your plan to replace them?

And, do yourself a favor and don't list your property if it's not maintenance-free; do the work first so that no major issues arise - including replacing the toilet flush valve, air filters, light bulbs (if old), and ensuring there are no trip hazards on the property; have an entry process/system in place for guests.

Many houses I show up and start taking photos of work done by contractors and send it to the owners including: bad drywall repairs, crooked cabinets, chipped counters, holes left in roofs, lights that don't work, loose toilets, baseboards never painted, drips and runs in paint,  cabinets never sanded (rough to touch look ok in photos) tile floors uneven, the list simply goes on and on.

You also need appropriate language in your lease or house rules to authorize (and reference) these fees.Examples could include- auger toilet; rekey locks (per cylinder); painting (per room, or SF): cleaning appliance; stripping/waxing per room; carpet shampoo per room; light cleaning; heavy cleaning; trash removal per pickup load...You also need an adequate disclaimer for NON-routine situations- perhaps an hourly charge, or emergency after hours rates, etc.

There was a milky substance spilled in the fridge, some dirty pans and dishes in the cabinets (I just put everything in and ran a load), my girls found an old spilled McDonalds cup under the nightstand upstairs and I pulled a water bottle cap from under the sheets when I crawled into bed last night.
