They finally got a manager over there involved and since they were supposed to pay April's rent back last month in September and never did, they sent it mid-month in October (either that or the PM fronted the money because they're tired of me following up with them and they'll collect it on the backend). 

Hunting for a PM can be a tiring task.

If you get tired of this or don’t see the reaction then look at MFH or commercial.  

I'm very tired of hearing advice from folks that are not in my stage of investing telling me that an LLC is a must-have.

We are incredibly tired of being stagnant and we want to move forward (a.k.a.

We are tired of using our current accountant who is not familiar with our line of business (started with them based on a family recommendation.)  

But by saying that you may take app fee, weeds out lot of tire kickers and only people that are serious and/or know their background is clean. 

Leave it to property management for a while until I am tired of the Bay area and move there.Could someone please help me with some answers and suggestions?

If I had a full loan app & credit package in-hand and knew (based on actual paperwork, not based on verbal statements) that someone wasn't a tire-kicker (a solid majority of the people that reach out to a lender/agent are in fact tire kickers & time wasters), I'd probably be able to get consent from some past clients to use them as references, but I wouldn't go bugging these folks for someone that hadn't sent in paperwork/applied. 

To me being financially free means  to be able to quit my job, which I am really, really, really tired of...Once I quit my job I probably will need about 6K per month for my expenses from the cash flow...How to achieve that the quietest way and the way that produces the lowest risk?
