The price you mentioned sounds about ok but it really just depends on the size of the roof, the style and slope.Once you get that taken care of, then you just need to get rid of the actual mold.

But what I found amazing was his rent collection style.. 1st and 15th.. he drove to whatever homes rent was due on the first.. and rent was to be pinned to the front door. the front doors looked like they were dart boards.. if the rent was not there he then pinned a 3 day notice.. and then by about lunch time he was done and we went and had lunch..

I'm thinking risk management now because of the threats from the tenants.It would be easier for a Property Management company to start with a vacant unit, to find a better tenant for you, and to provide ongoing property management with their own contract and management style once the current tenants are gone.
