Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Indianapolis.

Purchase price: $26,500

It's a row-house style, 2/1 SFR, at 972 SFQT. After looking at this property online, I asked my dear friend what the neighborhood was like. After his description, it was decided that we should buy it. I am currently in estimate collection from GC's and I will update this post as progress on the house is made.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this property on Auction.com

How did you finance this deal?

No financing was needed for this purchase, although I will probably tap this one for it's HELOC potential.
