Entry point for multis is still on the lower side compared to other markets that have easier access or proximity to strong employment markets.  

Client acquisition is time consuming, competitive, and can be expensive if you don't do it right.

I'm super excited about it for my STR clients because it is currently anything but seamless to convert from Guesty for Hosts to Guesty for Pro. 

for new investors, i think they really need to ( 1 ) get into a strong financial position, and ( 2 ) put some time into building a network and gaining market knowledge. 

ALSO, I've found my nurse clients to be pretty meticulous.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

I tell all my clients SE cape and NW cape are the best places to get in now because bigger developments are coming soon in those areas.
