If you buy a t a big enough discount like Bill Gulley suggests it doesn't matter.Bill, I am curious how you prefer to source notes with significant discounts and what the yield is based on the coupon and your discounted price.  

I am currently a wholesaler and landlord, although adapting more into other income sources in real estate.Is your passive or business income from real estate the same, greater, or lesser than when you were working a job?

I don't mean to be disrespectful, however if you carry your 'I know for a fact' attitude into the bank, you have probably not compelled the right people to want to help you.Since people want to do budiness with people they know and like, if you are an unknown quantity from an unknown source, you're just another smart person who knows the language of money. 

I've not heard of any sources myself other than cash out REFI.Good to hear you've used B2R.
