General Contractor referral in Santa Maria, CA

Hi, 

I have a property that I'm getting access to during an estate sale in Santa Maria. This might be my first flip.  I'd like to bring in a few general contractors to view the property to get some repair estimates.  Can anyone provide some recommendations?  To make it less awkward, I'm going to have them meet me at the property an 1.5 hours apart. What do you guys think?
