Most states require the property management company to have its own brokerage license.You may want to get that first.Pick a good property management software and the goods one have a built-in database.

I'm lucky enough to have a remote job as a software engineer.

I am considering it for my first property management software, I only have one property at the moment with plans to hopefully add 3 more in the coming year so am looking for something for small landlords but can still use to screen tenants, accept payments, deal with maintenance requests and such.

Is there some type of real estate investing software that you can plan out everything to the best of your ability over A Five-Year Plan or more, just to see theoretically where you'll be.

Something like, you need these bank accounts, LLC (maybe), insurance, bookkeeping software, various types of business structure options, etc.
