You'd have to find a shop that is a dealer for that manufacturer. 

I also have a property Managment company, and developed a one-stop-shop for my investor clients.

Desirable suburbs with excellent schools, where the big employers are, where big shopping and dining is, etc. 

I then shopped it around and found someone to lend me the funds for purchase and rehab.

I'd like to piggy-back on the question and ask for some related advice that perhaps might benefit @Eva and others.When shopping around for lenders, whether conventional or portfolio lenders, what is the proper way for every potential lender to get your credit report without dinging your credit score during each inquiry? 

In fact, my bosses largest five accounts have not shopped their insurance for over 20 years.

These guys where real estate investors them selves, but now ran construction companies, print shops, etc.
