Happy Independence Day all!!!

Being today (4th of July) is about celebrating independence and freedom, I thought it would be nice to hear from the thousands of people that are on here and have FINANCIAL FREEDOM.Please share a brief story about how you got there and what is has allowed for in your life.

I agree that the best thing is not to spend $250K on a reno and try to collect $2600 or more in rent.Years ago we decided not to live or do rentals in Ridgewood due to the lack of subway service to Manhattan.

However, whenever credit is extended to a partner -- they should expect to pay a fair premium for that service.

They should be able to send you a report for calls for service which you can then review.Ask if you can speak to a patrol officer who works in that area regularly.  

You speak the language and know the code, sadly you can't capitalize (and I mean that word respectively) until your service is done.Best wishes,

The port of Mobile services all of these industries and my business partner and I feel that this is a great opportunity to invest in a city that has the potential to grow.

This was one of those "good ideas on paper" but the implementation did not yield the intended result.I never tried it with current tenants, as they are all MTM.As far as attracting new clients, my strategy has always been to have my units just under market and/or be in better shape than the competition's and provide superior service.
