@Veronica Thomas I have them sign off on a checklist through docusign that has a check-in / check-out column (fans dusted, floors mopped, self-cleaning oven cleaned, shelf out fridge cleaning, microwave inside clean, toliet scrubbed inside and out, cabinets crumb free, no chemicals/furniture/toliet brushes/brooms left on premise, no large garbage items on street curb, etc, etc) .

We are self employed and have never personally purchased a home.

Not sure if you plan on self-managing or not but figured I'd mention that.

If so, may I ask why you aren't self managing?   

I had a Self Storage facility in Missouri under contract in 2020, but had to back out of the deal right before closing because of bad survey issues.

All it takes is a great deal to come by and you get really excited, and then boom you get ripped off because you looked past something, its always good to take a step back and ask your self if its to good to be true, its probably is to good to be true.
