It’s hard to do sometimes but you want to spend your time with a positive mindset and moving forward.

I ask because there are no reviews anywhere, and to pay thousands of dollars to blindly start classes, it seems like there should be a few reviews out there that are realistic, not just testimonials posted at their own websites.Any help here please?

Since I only plan to sell one house with this license, is it worth it to spend (possibly thousands of dollars) just to join the REALTOR association?

I'm close friends with the GC and word is bond.Remember we are paying him every two weeks but out of his profits, so he will not be w/o a paycheck and will be paid regardless if we profit or lose.He definitely didn't spend 10-20 hours looking at houses.
