I have a financial background in mergers and acquisitions and now want to get involved in an industry where I can have an impact on many lives rather than just making money for a select few.

I've been primarily looking at retail spaces that houses companies like Walgreens, CVS, etc.Any input is great!

I would love to learn otherwise from any posters in the lending industry, but I've spent quite some time on this and haven't gotten around it.

I'm a student as well just finishing up my marketing degree from ASU, and I'm hoping to dive into the industry as well.
