I’ve been interested in buying real estate for a while now.

We both have fulltime jobs, but we would like to replace those and work in the real estate business.

I used to live in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, but since I moved to Tampa in 2020 to build my real estate company, I've never looked back, lol.

I'm wondering if it is common to negotiate closing attorney fees due to repeat business for the CA.
