When you add in the printing costs, since the city likes to do things the old fashioned way, it was more than then the 3 skilled, experienced and licensed professionals combined.

I printed out letters, and hand wrote addresses on the envelopes (good *TIP* from BP for higher open rate.

It's hard to get that ball rolling with an indirect passive offering printed on a post card.Food for thought.
