I fear that discouraged potentially good applicants. 

My fear is the costs go higher, takes longer, cheaper materials, shortcuts to cut costs or the builder leaves midway (which in my opinion is worse than never beginning).Thank you and very kind of you offering your time.

Waiting can add anxiety and self-doubts but once you start you will realize the fears are not as bad as reality.

Perhaps you fear irrelevancy, socialism, transgender people, sensible gun legislation?

Didn’t know how prevalent it was. 

Our contractor now wants no part of it and we are not only fearful of what it may do to the pending sale, but the possible costs.we can not really afford to waste time or money on who's responsibility was it to pull the permits. 

My biggest fear is that when I go to sell, people will see in the disclosure that it *used* to have asbestos in the ceilings and will still be weary even with the abatement having been done professionally.  

I'm using hard money to fund both and my fear is not getting refinanced at the end of the loan when I get my tenants. 

I am familiar with it, I guess just fearful of biting off more than I can chew..

There is one thing you should fear- elected officials that despise capitalism, despise landlords and pass laws to hurt people that are landlords.
