Once the calls start coming in, I would take notes to gauge how qualified they are from a rental, employment and financial perspective.

Prices are very high, hard money loans are expensive and come with a lot of pressure, and the cost of construction and timetable for completion has skyrocketed.  

The thing about this business I can look in their parking lot and gauge how much business they may get, but still want to be as accurate as possible.- Providing false expenses.
