Anyone know of a great title search product that lets you pay a monthly or annual fee, instead of per report of view?

I'm going to assume you haven't read Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and you just got to.

That is just the cost of doing business when you are setting up to sell a product.
